Here and Now


Have you ever tried to avoid your emotions? We can use many different methods to avoid feeling into our deeper emotions. I know that i certainly have. A part of my learning has been to allow my emotions to exist and to value them. This is an ongoing challenge that i face into with a greater awareness of the importance emotions play in our lives. I find that client's often struggle with this process also and i support them in their own journey to finding more fluidity and presence in their lives.
